ADHD Membership
Option A: $99 enrollment + $59/month
Option B: $65/month (no enrollment fee)
A robust, evidence-based approach to ADHD care that goes beyond medication. This plan includes:

Comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, including QB testing

Monthly follow-up visits for medication management

Stimulant and non-stimulant prescription oversight

Required in-person visit within 6 months of starting stimulants, then annually

Documentation support for school, work, and disability

Screening and basic support for co-occurring concerns like mild anxiety, sleep disruption, and depression
